To have us attend to an issue/problem or question please raise a support ticket here.

A ticket is an official request for service / help.


The customer care centre is for all current and past Green Hill customers.

You might want to:

  • arrange the printing of additional copies of your book
  • forgotten your website password
  • get an update on the progress of design or typesetting

By raising a ticket your problem will be placed into our support system and assigned to one of our customer carers. Their job is to make sure your problem or enquiry is resolved in a timely manner.

Our goal is to respond to each ticket that is raised Monday – Friday within 24  hours with a response or solution.

Please note: If raising a support ticket for the first time you will need to create an account or sign up.
