A ticket is an official request for service / help.
The customer care centre is for all current and past Green Hill customers.
You might want to:
- arrange the printing of additional copies of your book
- forgotten your website password
- get an update on the progress of design or typesetting
By raising a ticket your problem will be placed into our support system and assigned to one of our customer carers. Their job is to make sure your problem or enquiry is resolved in a timely manner.
